In November and December, our foundation held a series of psychological workshops for children and teenagers who are refugees from Ukraine. We focused on developing empathy, self-acceptance training for teenagers, and teaching assertiveness. Psychological support plays a key role in their adaptation and overcoming difficulties.
The workshops were held in small groups of up to 10 people, which made the training more effective and focused on the individual needs of the participants. Thanks to these trainings, we were able to support more than 50 children, helping them find the strength within themselves to overcome challenges. Overall, through group psychological trainings, our foundation has already been able to assist over 200 Ukrainian refugee children and teenagers in dealing with psychological difficulties and adapting to new life conditions. These sessions have become an important part of our work in supporting refugees from Ukraine, showing how significant psychological help is in their recovery and integration into society.
