Our staff work with refugees and other people in need every day. This work requires a tremendous amount of energy and emotional input, but it also carries the risk of emotional burnout.

We care about the well-being of each of our employees. Recently, we invited an experienced specialist – Yulia Talaieva , who conducted a psychological training on the topic “How to avoid emotional burnout“.

With the help of the “wheel of life balance”, each of us was able to identify our strengths and weaknesses, designate those areas of life that require changes and improvements. Together, we sought ways to achieve harmony and balance in all areas of life. Julia also introduced us to practical self-regulation techniques and effective breathing exercises.

Thanks to this training, our staff have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent emotional burnout. Now they have even more strength and motivation to help others.
