In June, the team of our foundation participated in an educational meeting titled “Protecting Children – Child Protection Standards“. We are deeply grateful to the “Child at the Center” Foundation for imparting such valuable information to us. The goal was to enhance the skills of our staff and to increase our knowledge on how to properly respond and whom to contact in the event of a child’s rights being violated.

Our primary aim is to ensure the full and harmonious development of children, respecting their dignity. This encompasses protecting the child’s right to life and health, the right to be raised in a family, the right to decent social conditions, and the right to education. It is crucial to protect children from any form of violence, cruelty, exploitation, as well as demoralization and other forms of maltreatment.
We pay special attention to children with limited intellectual and physical abilities, as these children are often more vulnerable to suffering in families and society. Our team of specialists approaches each case with caution and responsibility, ensuring the safety of every child and making appropriate decisions according to the individual situation.
